Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The Seller will not dispatch any order until payment has been successfully verified.
Shipments are generally carried out via express courier services (such as Postal Express, SEUR, UPS, STD, etc.), depending on the destination freely selected by the Customer.
Orders will be shipped once product availability has been confirmed and payment has been received.
Delivery times range between 2 and 6 business days, depending on the destination and the payment method selected. The estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided prior to order confirmation.
Failure to Perform the Distance Contract
If the contract cannot be fulfilled because the contracted product or service is not available within the expected timeframe, the Customer will be informed of the unavailability and will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid, at no cost and without any liability for damages attributable to the Seller.
In the event of an unjustified delay by the Seller in issuing the refund, the Customer may claim payment of double the amount owed, without prejudice to their right to be compensated for any damages suffered exceeding that amount.
The Seller shall not be held responsible if delivery of the product or service cannot be completed due to false, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
Delivery shall be considered completed when the carrier has made the products available to the Customer and the Customer, or a representative acting on their behalf, has signed the delivery receipt.
The Seller shall be liable to the Customer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The Customer may, by means of a simple declaration, request correction of such lack of conformity, a price reduction or termination of the contract. In any of these cases, the Customer may also claim compensation for damages where applicable.
The Customer shall have the right to suspend payment of any outstanding part of the purchase price until the Seller has fulfilled its obligations under this contract.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and to state any reservations or justified claims on the delivery receipt document.
If the contract does not involve the physical delivery of a product but instead provides access to a download or activation on a website, the Seller will inform the Customer in advance of the procedure to follow in order to complete such download.
