Shipping within Europe is free.
- If you created an account when placing your order, you can track it through the “Orders” section in your account.
- Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking link. It will include the steps to follow and the current status of your order.
- If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact the Marksen team at: info@marksenco.com
- Once the courier has collected your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the estimated delivery date.
- Delivery is made in person only. The package will not be left in a mailbox or any other location.
- The courier will attempt delivery twice at your address. If delivery is not successful, you will receive a notification with a pickup point where your package will be held for the next 10 days (starting from the first delivery attempt).
- First, contact the courier by following the steps outlined in the section “How can I track my order?”.
- If you are unable to resolve the issue with the courier, please contact the Marksen team at info@marksenco.com, specifying your order number and full name.
All Marksen returns are completely free. We take care of both the collection and the process.
- Log in to your profile using your email. You will receive a code to access your account.
In the left panel, you will find the “Manage Return” button or click here. - Once in the Marksen Returns portal, follow the indicated steps.
After scheduling the return (date and location), your package must include:
- The item to be returned
- Original packaging and all Marksen accessories.
Once we receive the item, we will verify that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped and that all elements are included.
After inspection, the refund will be processed.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
You will receive your refund using the same payment method used for your purchase within an estimated 10–14 days, depending on your bank.
